This policy explains which cookies and similar technologies (local storage) the Aion website at aionagent.app (the “Site”) uses, for what purpose, on what legal basis, and how you can give or withdraw your consent. It supplements our Privacy Policy.
The short version
The Site uses only the cookies necessary for it to function. We do not load any analytics or marketing cookies without your explicit consent, given through the cookie banner shown on your first visit. Choosing “Necessary only” keeps all non-essential cookies off — and does not limit your use of the Site in any way.
Types of cookies we use
Necessary (functional) cookies. Required for the basic operation of the Site — for example remembering your cookie choice itself, or keeping you signed in to your account. Legal basis: legitimate interest (GDPR Art. 6(1)(f)). These work without consent.
Analytics cookies. The Site currently does not load any analytics service. If we introduce visitor measurement (for example Google Analytics or PostHog), its cookies will be loaded only after your explicit consent via the cookie banner — without consent, no analytics cookie is ever set. Legal basis: consent (GDPR Art. 6(1)(a)).
Marketing / tracking cookies. We do not use advertising or remarketing cookies on the Site.

Giving and withdrawing consent
On your first visit, the cookie banner lets you choose freely: Accept all, Necessary only, or per-category Preferences. You can withdraw a previously given consent at any time by clearing this site’s stored data (local storage) in your browser — the Site will then ask again. Most browsers also let you block cookies entirely in their settings. Declining non-functional cookies does not prevent you from using the Site.
